A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

For someone like me who isn't on the phone much, but wouldn't mind an inexpensive smartphone for emails/web/texts, this seems like a very good deal: [link]

For $25/month, you get unlimited Messaging, Email, Data & Web and 300 minutes of talk. The phone is $250 but it's a decent Android 2.1 and there's no contract. Am I missing something? Is there another deal I should be looking at?

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I'm pretty happy with my Virgin Mobile prepaid, and have been thinking about switching to that plan.

I already have a cheap Virgin phone with a pay-as-you-go plan and have been reasonably happy with it as well. It's the expense of upgrading that's kept me back, but this seems like it would be well worth it.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Damn, I just bought a new Virgin smartphone a few months ago, but that one looks so much better....

This is the phone I bought. It's excellent for the price ($149): [link]

Sarameg is me. But the combination of x-dominance with fumblefingers caused by RSI mean I will never use a smart phone. Ipad or netbook is probably as small a device as I can use for anything but talking. And if I bought an ipad, I'd probably need to add the expensive keyboards that are the only kind that work with ipads to base price. So probably never an ipad for me either. In that vein: what (cheap) netbook should I get.

Okay, I'll have to try good reader again because it was not that easy for me to do all the things the article shows.

I'm still drawing little hearts around GoodReader with a sparkly gel pen.
