Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

What does the term NATted IPs mean? Isn't it the IP addresses within the local network? We are punching firewall holes, and the developer in charge of the ticket swears those are the IPs we need to get from the client so they can get through.

But intuitively that makes no sense to me. Wouldn't you need the external IP addresses?

Needless to say, the firewall rules don't work as implemented.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

we should exchange usernames or something because I'd be happy to trade frogs with people who need a particular species combo.

I am la-perkins, and I have a lot of frogs I am trying to get rid of, if people want to trade or get gifts.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Drew and Sean, that was really interesting.

I have no idea what this frog thing is about.

All is well that ends in pizza.

My mirror door G4 is toast. The power button blips when I press it, but that's it.

I have done all the usual: reseated cables, tried without cards and components, and nada. I suspect the power supply.

Typing this from my old iBook G3 with the failing, grinding hard drive.

Maybe I can find a casing or cheap G5 on craigslist.

Argh.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I got my HDTV and receiver in 2006. My TV has been slowly dying, with a splotch on the screen that's been slowly growing. And now my receiver is dying, too. I'm a little pissed that this stuff only lasted four years.
