Maria, under "Document" there's also an option of "reduce document size" ... or at least, I have it in my version. Don't know if you have to have the "pro" version of Acrobat.
And, as others have suggested, there's the option of breaking it up into bits and pieces, optimizing, and zipping.
Holy crap this screen is awesome. (Yes I know the Evo screen is even more awesome, but the i4 is still a huge step up from the 3G. I could actually see myself reading a book on this thing.)
Grargh. Anyone know of a free M4V converter, or a trial that's got full features?

are you on a PC? What are you converting it to? How large are the files?
Sorry. On a PC, converting it to any format that Sony Vegas will read (AVI, maybe?), and the files range from 30MB to 300MB.
I'm not vidding. (yet). This is actually for work. (but good practice.)
