Huh, and apparently I haven't had this phone as long as I thought - my contract isn't up for renewal until September. No new phone for me next week after all!

AT&T Moves Up iPhone Upgrade Eligibility On Eve of WWDC Keynote

AT&T seems to have adjusted user eligibility requirements forward for many customers. This means that several readers who previously were ineligible to purchase a new subsidized iPhone now find that they are eligible. Previously, dates for eligibility ranged from June to November depending on your rate plan.

I thin If you get a subsidized phone, I think you have to turn in your old one. Old one could be a phoneless itouch. Not sure what the price diff is. But something to think about.
