Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I just went and peeked and they don't offer PostgreSQL and don't seem to intend to. I can't explain why even if we don't go that way I want a host that will.

It's a whole package thing.

Still perfectly happy with them for provocateuse. Nice, simple, clean, tidy.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Zen,

you don't happen to have another software program open that is interfering with sound? For instance, Total Recorder takes over sound when it is open and won't let me play anything through other software programs.

Open Volume Control, then Properties and tell us what you see.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

le nubian, I just checked the thing in the control panel and it was set on Mute. I didn't do that! WTF. But I unchecked the Mute box and I have sound again. I'm grateful it was an easy fix, but I'm baffled as to why it happened at all.

Thanks!

Woe to the fucking wicked.

sumi, a couple days later, but I've had that happen on my dial-up. I assumed that it didn't ever get to where it needed to get to to show anything on the screen (or something like that, only in sense-making-ese), so I make sure that nothing else is loading the first time I load gmail at home.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I have a quick question and googling this did not produce any results.

I would like to encode a firefox bookmark so that every time I click it, the link opens in a new window, not a new tab. Is there a way to do this or do I just need to use Tab Mix Plus extension?

Woe to the fucking wicked.

le n, on my Mac version, that's an option in preferences: tabs.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I don't want this to happen to all my links, just one particular link.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

I don't know a way to encode it to a particular bookmark, but shift-leftclick opens the target of a hyperlink in a new window, and it works on bookmarks too.
