To commemorate a past event, you kill and eat an animal. It's a ritual sacrifice, with pie.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

fwiw, I love my Razr also. I have a black one from Cingular. The dark blue ones apparently were notoriously unreliable.

Hey. New board.

I love my Treo, because I love Palm software. I'm on my fourth Treo, but that's because I keep dropping them, not because of any specific problems. Sidekicks are pretty neat, too, and the Blackberry Pearl is the prettiest smartphone ever, barring the still-vaporware-iPhone perhaps. Plus, the blackberry OS is pretty kick-ass. I'd get a pearl if I wasn't addicted to 1) vindigo and 2) the official Palm scrabble program. Plus, I'm not sure how many smartphones have full-fledged NES emulators for me to play FF1, FF2, FF3, and other classic NES RPGs on.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

the official Palm scrabble program

Oh, I should get this! I'm starting to get bored of Sudoku.

Hey. New board.

If you're decent, it's basically impossible to lose to the AI, even on expert, which is my only quibble. But it's fun anyway, and includes a really good interface, not to mention the full scrabble dictionary with definitions! I actually use it almost as much as a dictionary as a game, though the scrabble dictionary is a little funny. (For example, if there's a noun meaning for a word, no matter how rare, it will give it instead of the adjective/adverb/whatever, so that you know it can be pluralized legally.)

I'm thinking about buying Trivial Pursuit next, but I want to read some reviews on their question database. And also find out if its extensible, like the real game, because that would be awesome.

Now I want a Treo all over again.

Dammit.

Hey. New board.

The buttons and directional keys are a little too close together for comfortable action gaming, unfortunately, so Mario, Ninja Gaiden, Metroid, Punch Out, even Metroid don't work too well. But menu-based games like FF1-3 and Dragon Warrior 1-4 work perfectly, and that's a lot of fun gaming.

Thrive to spite them

I'm getting a pay as you go phone and it looks like Virgin Mobile is everyone's choice.

Now I just need to figure out which phone to get.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

This is the one Brenda and I have: [link]

Thrive to spite them

That's cool but it's more phone than I need.

So, Sidekick (or possibly SidekickID(?) which is coming out soon and is just without camera and bluetooth, which I dont' need), or Blackberry Pearl?

Does the sidekick have calendar/notes kinda things? Does the Pearl surf the web OK? (Or at least, buffistas and LJ)?
