Typo, back to your Word question -- it used to be that you could create your own toolbar icons with specific functions that you specified. Unfortunately I don't have Word to play with, but I can remember doing it. I hope you can Google it successfully.

You can create custom ribbons in Word and other Office 2007 programs. However, you must create them using XML. (At least in Access, anyway.)
The inelegant solution, if there's just one or two things you want to add, is to stick them up in the Quick Access bar. That is customizable.
I thought that you couldn't change the ribbon in Word. Believe me, I would like to. I'm wasting valuable real estate on stuff I don't use or want.

Yeah, you gotta download this little application and then customize some XML.

I need a listserv manager. My web host used to provide one, but now they want me to use a neutered version or pay to upgrade. Yeah, no. I have fewer than a hundred subscribers, no odds it'll rise above 500, and I need exactly two lists. No way I'm paying buckeroos for that level of management.
What should I use? Mailman? Majordomo? I've been out of this field for a while.
Oh, and what weblog analyzer did you end up using, ita?
Hmmm. It looks like maybe I should try phplist. Anyone have advice about it?
Web Log Expert. Turns out that's what I'd had, not WebTrends. Now, if I can just get them to track me down in their customer database so I don't have to buy it again...

I've used it. Works great! (esp. for the price)
