I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

No, I don't have Office 2007. At least, not a full installation. I might still have the files for the trial copy.

Coding and Sleeping

I'm not sure what to do about removing the Office trial. You could delete the "Program Files" directory for office and clear out the start menu items. It's not elegant, but it would clean up the disc space.

All is well that ends in pizza.

One of our clients used this MS page [link] to clean up an office 2007 trial version problem, ita.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't think I have that at all. Is it generally useful? This is the only install messup I think I have.

Thanks for that link, DCJ. I'm running it now.

Worked like a charm, Daniel! It's out of the Control Panel program listing, and I've gained a bunch of space back.

question. (said in my best Dwight Schrute voice.)

what exactly do i need to hook up my laptop to my hd tv?

What video outputs does your laptop have? What model is it? What inputs do you have left available on your HD TV? Are you willing to get a switching device if you're out of digital inputs (and have digital output from the laptop)?

tiggy, we use S-video, but depending on how new your TV is, it may not have that input.
