Is this on your home network? Go to Settings → Wi-Fi and make sure that you're connected to the right network.
Click on the right arrow next to the network it's connected to, and try the "Renew Lease" button. Make sure it has an IP address, default router, and at least one DNS server.

When something like that happened to mine, I fixed it by re-booting my wireless router.
Tom, I checked all of that and all the info is there.

Apple just now released iPhone OS 3.0.1 to fix the issue.
