A couple of years ago my office switched to MS CMS for web updates. We keep finding these little, um, quirks that aren't in the documentation and that make things a little more interesting.
Today's was that you can't set anchor links on one page and then link to that anchor from another page. You can, seemingly, link to an anchor from the same page, but not another.

Interestingly I cannot seem to backup my Lord of the Rings DVD on Windows 7 64-bit. Handbrake just seems to give up after awhile and end up with a corrupt file. I tried another ripper with no luck either.
I booted into Ubuntu and had no problem with k9copy. I'll probably stick with Ubuntu for awhile since I need to edit commercials out of all the SpongeBobs on the DVR.

wow ... and a really polite answer.
If a real person answered that, I can imagine them getting the question, going "what!", checking it again, and then going around to their coworkers and giggling hysterically over it. Then sitting down, repressing the giggles, and coming up with an answer that doesn't include "dumbass".
You must read all the responses. They get funnier!
I have discovered FireShot, the Best FireFox Extension Ever (today at least, for me.) It takes screenshots and lets you mark them up.
Oh ye people who need their hands held with screenshots of every blessed thing in order to learn how to use something, watch out, because I have an 18-page handout for you!
OMG, that link was priceless!!
I love this answer from that thread:
Every Gigabyte counts as 5oz of extra weight for your computer. There has been cases (in computers with 1Tb of Hard drive and more) of people left eMule activated 3 days and when that people returned to the computer, there was a hole in the floor instead.
My wireless on my laptop has ceased to work, and when I go to the Control Panel, HP Wireless Assistant won't open. Any thoughts?
