Is there a way to swap out a video file on YouTube while leaving the metadata intact? For some reason YouTube decide to upload the last 3 Dylan videos I posted at half-speed (while playing the audio at full speed). I have no idea why, but I'd love to fix it without breaking the links I sent to his grandparents.

Pathetic plea for help, crossposted from Natter:
I've been trying for far too many hours now to upload a revised MS to a journal website for one of my bosses; it has to be a Word document, not a PDF, but every single time I upload it the PDF proof they send me back for approval is a 94-page mess ballooned all to hell with markups on every single edit that's ever been made on this miserable thing.
I've turned off show comments, show insertions/deletions, show reviewers, track changes; shut down the show balloons option in the application preferences; shut down all possible remotely edit-related tickyboxes, then quit out, then gone back in, and nothing is working. The document looks clean as a whistle in Word and like a fucking multicolor nightmare in their final PDF (looks clean and perfect when I convert my own original doc to PDF, but I can't submit that), and I can't find any other edit/proofing anything to opt out of.
I desperately want to get this thing gone by the end of the day, and I'm feeling unbelievably stupid. The upload-online submission process has given me exactly this glitch many times before, but I've always, always been able to fix it quickly and easily (including with the original version of this same document--this is a revised resubmission); now I am just Made of Fail. Please, please help?
JZ, I suggested something in Natter.
Does anyone have a rec for underwater cameras?
I seem to recall some rather inexpensive contraptions that let your current camera become an underwater camera. I think it was REI, not positive. Or how good they work. They are like double bubbles, so if the first layer starts to leak, you still have the 2nd layer to keep it protected. Not sure how deep they went. Just an idea if you want to go that route, you can research it.
I read this as "underwear cameras." I think I need more coffee.

Now there's a Flickr photostream I never want to see.
Excel question - if someone set up a workbook and spaced all their content by including an extra row between each item, is there a simple way to get rid of those empty rows other than deleting one by one?
Can you do a sort (forcing all the spaces to either the beginning or end)?
The cells with actual input don't follow any sortable pattern so I think I'd end up with a bigger mess than I have, unfortunately. Maybe I'll play with that a little and see if I can figure out a workaround.
