My unexpectedly favorite iPhone 3.0 feature is the variable speed scrubbing and the 30-second jump back. It seems like such a minor thing, but OMG SO NECESSARY.

Yeah, once yesterday's OMGEVERYONESLAMTHESERVERS delays were past, it ran just like a normal update for me, and I've had no problems at all since the upgrade.

Me too. I downloaded it about 8pm last night and it took about 20 minutes from start to finish.
