I've run into a Ms. Entitlement - a client of her company is mentioned in an article we ran in our journal a couple of months ago. She wants a PDF of the article ... the high-res, suitable for printing PDF we charge an author's company $250 for. She wants it for free. Her company didn't write it, didn't contribute anything to the article ... but they want to make their client look good. um, NO.
