Did a JPG manipulator ship with Tiger? There was something quick and dirty that I was using when I didn't need to Gimp it up. But I don't remember the name.
I am getting very old.

Preview can do some very basic stuff. Otherwise you need something else. I use something called Paintbrush for MS Paint equivalencies.
I just need to do photo stuff, not actual pixel editing, if you see the distinction. Resizing, colour balance, cropping, etc.
The Gimp I downloaded was a resource hog and partially in French to boot. I'm not sure why Opera insists on placing me in Europe to websites. Let me try getting there with Safari.
iPhoto can do that basic stuff.
For which I need to pay.
iPhoto came free with the mac.
Not on my copy of Leopard, though I swear I had it on Tiger. And the web site tells me to buy iLife for it.
ita,
depending on what you need to do, there are free websites that will manipulate photos for you.
Will they edit levels?
Also, is there a Gimp for Leopard that's all in English? I've gotten two separate ones both partially en Français. [link]
ita, have you tried Photoshop's online version? It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it's free.
