You know, I don't think I've shipped a couple as hard as I'm shipping Betty/Henry in a long, LONG time. Probably not since S4-S5 Buffy/Spike.
Not Jim/Pam?!??!

So many punchlines. Can't. Choose. Just. One.
Don't make me write Mr. Belvedere porn and dedicate it to you.

I have no idea who those people are.

As long as you throw in that SNL skit about the Mr. Belvedere support group.
"Okay, now what's good behavior?
"Uhm, asking Mr. Belvedere for his autograph."
"Good! And what's bad behavior?"
"Uh...uh. Oh! Wanting to skin Mr. Belvedere and wear his skin as a suit!"
"Right!"

The Office (US).
OK, I've just had something happen to me that has never happened to me before in my life, and certainly not in the 18 years I've been working full-time. Someone apparently contacted HR and told them that I had an offensive thing posted on the outside of my cubicle, and it was the "God's Inbox" joke e-mail listing that I tore out of Time magazine last month! My boss just called me and told me about the complaint, and asked where I got it from--when I told her it was from Time, I could practically hear her eyes roll as she said, "Apparently, someone has too much time on their hands to start worrying about what their co-workers find funny. BTW, now I'm curious--can I read it before you toss it out?"
So, I just reread it, and just think it's a funny look at religion. I posted it here when I first read it.

Guess I should just avoid anything to do with religion at my desk from here on out.

Stick to porn.
I envy you your intimate acquaintance with nifty things like that. Plus, the Smithsonian at your beck adn call!
I revel in it...or used to when more interesting stuff happened on the steps than the martial state will allow now. Groups of every stripe and spark. I learned so much about things I'd never have access to otherwise, just be taking a walk! (Now I guess the Buffistas have become my Capitol steps. Fair trade.)
The Smithsonian is the rockingest. Seriously. There is a fantastic orchid show coming up that I am salivating for. This weekend, we saw Happy Feet (which ironically caused me to want to open a vein) at the IMAX and the Botanical Garden had the most beautiful and intriguing exhibit of architectural models of local landmarks covered in botanical stuff (think the Rose Parade only much smaller and non-movy). It was fascinating and the detail was extraordinary. It caused us to run out to the Jefferson Building of the Lib. of Cong. to see the actual detail we never noticed before.
I love it here...no question.
Fred, did you stroll by the Capitol? It really is a glorious day both meteorologically and metaphorically out there.
Kyle Chandler isn't actually from Chicago. I think he's from Georgia (originally) and then New York - where he really grew up.
That's ridonkulous, Kathy.

Ah, that explains it. OK then.
