Hah! I'm happy to provide y'all with strange mental images.

You know what makes emptying the cabinets even better?

Cramps.

Almost done, in any case. Silverware and box drawer left. They can bite me if I'm emptying the dishwasher. 40% of my clean dishes are living there and I'm out of boxes.

I should eat at some point here.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

After they spray, you should run the dishwasher a time or two before using those dishes. No ingesting pesticides.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

HMOG. I got stuck with my boss for 2.5 hours this afternoon, after another session this morning. Problem Child Co-Worker is now off for the rest of the week since our Compliance Officer is also off, and she didn't want to leave PCCW in the office with just Boss. Because they all spent all morning in discussion in various combinations, which came down to PCCW saying she won't leave, and it's either her or Boss. Needless to say, Management is firmly behind Boss, as they should be. So now I have a little extra work to do, and a little less time to do it in, since Boss needs to process everything endlessly, so she is able to leave it behind in the office.

Good lord, Jesse.

You know how I know the clementines I just ate are really really sweet and strong? I took a swig of koolaid after finishing one and it tastes almost like water.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

oooh, kitty crack pad has arrived!

YAY!

I may have to go pick up another one. They're both being territorial. That's new.

Oops.

Sarameg, did you get anything in the mail today?

Sadly, the awesome cupcake place was not open when I went there after work. I have learned my lesson and shall call ahead next time. I went and got beer instead, and now I'm contemplating what to do for dinner.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It's beyond me why, but our CEO has Fear Of Firing, which is the only (the ONLY) reason PCCW still has a job with us. She doesn't work full time, doesn't get her work done, doesn't get along with colleagues, AND gives our boss a lot of backtalk.

She has real problems, I know (because she's told each and every one of us the "confidential" information), but if she can't handle a fairly high-level full-time job, she shouldn't have one.
