It's my estimation that... every man ever got a statue made of him, was one kind of sumbitch or another.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Hey, 2:30 is almost 3:00, and I bet that 3:00 is here before I even know it, and then 3:00 is practically 4:00, and 4:00 might as well be 5:00, which is the end of the day WOO HOO!!!!! ....What? It's only 2:30? Ffffffuck.

The nice thing about being in meetings ALL FRACKING DAY is that when you come out of them, time has passed! Sometimes quite a lot of time!

We named the Roomba Bender. Bender is vacuuming the dining room right now, AIFG!

Kristin, do Roombas do a good job with deepcleaning carpet, or are they only good for in-between-serious-vacumning?

We named the Roomba Bender.

If we ever get a Roomba, I'm totally naming it Flexo now.

When having the annual well, what would you like for Xmas? /I dunno conversation with my dad, it occured to me that I could ask for a roomba. Except I won't. It wouldn't be any more efficient than my usual almost weekly vacuuming, I don't mind vacuuming, it might scar Devi for life, MK might kill it by sitting on it, costs three times what I paid for the current vacuum....but someday, I will know how what my cats would do around one.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Allyson, congrats! The last big crush things just means you need a new crush. Match.com or whatever--you can get a new one. Hey, have you tried JDate?

They're much better on tile/wood or very low carpet. I wouldn't recommend them for regular carpet.

::crosses Roomba off of Christmas list::

Thanks for the advice! I've got a perfectly good vacumn cleaner, it's just that I hate having to use it all the time.
