They are great! I ate way more than I should have. I find it funny that cookies survive in my house now that I don't have teenagers in it constantly. That should change here shortly once the teenagers on this reservation discover where my house is.

Too sweet? I guess it is a little sweet, but not prohibitively so.

For me, yes. For dinner. The prosciutto redeemed it, but I still had to shake off most of the sauce.
