So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Ozzie is such a great kitty (when not suffering from Cat Rage). He's a big needy bowling ball of a cat. (I love Ozzie.)

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Ha! That's awesome. I love the photo. I bet Stephen Colbert would like it.

I do too, when rage boy is not in the house, and the drugs seem to have gotten rid of him. Right now he is sprawled out next to me on the bed, purring like mad.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

What's the technical name of a kitty crack pad? I think mine may be getting one. Or two.

Fat cat boogie mats. You can get them from Amazon or drugstore.com or petsmart.

So I just spoke to Allyson, who is currently stranded in Providence. It looks like, once she gets out of Providence, she might end up stranded in Chicago tonight. I've been asked to put out the word to anyone around here who might be in Chicago.

Anyone? Bueller?

Mostly lurking...

Poor Allyson! If she wants someone to come get her in Providence and take her to a party full of wonderful people tonight, and then take her back to Providence tomorrow, I could do that.

Can't help with Chicago. My brother lives there, but he's not back from vacation yet.
