Tara: Do you have any books on robots? Giles: Oh, yes, dozens. There's a lot of research to be done in order to--no, I'm lying. Haven't got squat. I just like watching Xander squirm.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

OMG, is it back?? Sweet, sweet internet, how I've missed you these last five hours of fucked-upedness.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

SA - sure thing. There's a lot of Firefly type people in Manchester, I went there once for a shindig. I don't remember much other than there was alcohol. But that's not unusual.

awesome. We can email when I have stuff like, you know, a place to live.

Dammit, I really had hoped at least one of my earlier attempts to post would have worked, but no, huh?

Please to imagine me expressing appropriate reactions to various posts today. Thank you.

So, where is #1? Perhaps it's not worth the effort.

chile cheese bread

Want this now!

I wonder if we could find something at least close at the Farmer's Market tomorrow?

chile cheese bread

My mom has said she'll mail some to me if I so desired and I do believe I do. Should I put you on her mailing list? I'm going to ask her to find out from the kids if they do shipments. The stuff is seriously awesome and makes everything 1000% better. I about cried finishing my chile cheese bread and ham sandwich on the plane and there was a guy from El Paso heading to Bmore who nodded knowingly when he found out where it was from.

Just found out that friend's stepson is a serious Angel fan. Now I know what to get him for his birthday in Feb. It tickles me, cause while I never thought of pointing a 14 year old boy at Angel, it seems perfect.

oooooooooooh chile cheese bread as an option is definitely high appeal.

We still need to send a thank you and a thank you gift.

I'll tell her. Heh.

Your presence was a gift in itself, honestly! They'd love to have you back, anytime. Sheesh, I'm going to have to get better about my visiting manners now, with you as an example. (BTW, I was telling my brother about the heat packs and totally geeked out and now I have to get him some. Except I'm pretty sure he's going to cut them open to experiment. )

you're a GREAT guest, sara!

It seems sort of sacreligious to cut open Little Miss Naughty, so probably best to get the non-cute ones.

I'm just not so good with follow up notes.

No kidding. The boy can't leave anything alone.

He even conspired with PJ to try to sneak in an extra ultrasound. Unfortunately, the doctor was on to them (gotta snarl at the VA who didn't even diagnose pregnancy until late in the game!) so they don't get one until the end of January. He's relieve it is a few days after his qualifiers. I'm not sure if he's relieved because he's utterly terrified of the possibility of a daughter causing him to lose his mind (to which I hop, oh please!), or just general information overload. It is to laugh, in any case.
