Now tagless for your comfort.

Dude, you got redlined.

I thought this was illegal now?

It's illegal to set insurance rates by race (DH's employer got burned by this federal lawsuit, bigtime)--I think they (the insurance industry) has managed to figure out a way to prove to set rates based on zip code legally. It's just one of the factors that they use. They've also been able to rate you by credit rating.

Unfortunately, the credit industry is sooooo much less regulated than the insurance industry that they can get away with a lot. Actuaries have to answer to state insurance boards and explain their rates--with consequences. I think, given the amount of money the credit lobby has spread in Washington, that they can set their own rules.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Cross posted with Bitches (and LJ too)

Have I mentioned that I got a new digital camera for Christmas, or that JZ rocks and came down with Matilda to see me?

We ended up going over to Half Moon Bay. I need to figure out the lighting and contrast on the camera still, but there are still some OMGCUTE shots of the two of them.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Lovely pictures, lovely scenery, lovelly JZ and Matilda!

ION, there is almost nothing except President Ford's body being moved into the Capital on TV! It's not even the funeral yet, but it's on all the networks!

I liked Ford, I even voted for him my first Presidential election, but sheesh!

OK, maybe it is the funeral.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I'm miserable at home with a cold, and have done nothing all day but surf the net and a little bit of laundry. Which I should now go fold, bah.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, how pretty are your pictures? Rhetorical. Answer is very. Lovely stuff.

Told my sister I didn't want her to be pissed and she looked at me very blankly. We're not big with that sort of thing here. Anyway, defused.

And then we drooled over Johann Urb pictures before I had some curry goat and rice for dinner.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Kevin's in the UK? Where?

I keep finding these things out...usually just in the nick of time for a meet.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.
