We have to see the chimp playing hockey! That's hilarious! The ice is so slippery, and, and monkeys are all irrational. We have to see this!

Hey, Kat, can I have Kuma to give to B? Sure, there might be logistical issues, but who cares? Christmas miracle!

Aw, poor Bear. Such a sweetie.

Hey, your dogs actually had me thinking having dogs isn't so bad, so give even Kuma his kudos.

OK, I'm really going to bed now. Planes to catch, cats to board and stuff left to pack.

Okay, fine, sarameg. Go. be a sleepyhead. Harumph.

I can't see B with Kuma. I mean, Kuma's totally an acquired taste. Cause he's so not normal. and I think Kuma finally likes us. So I don't think he can go to B for xmas. But if you want to get B a puppy, I'll go to the pound and pick one for him. Seriously.

Also, please to explain the fucking weather in SoCal? Tonight it's supposed to be in the upper 20s and 30s!

B isn't normal either. But if y'all are becoming a happy dog family that's its own Festivus miracle right there.

B can't have a puppy. B wants a puppy and melts whenever a dog is near, but his life has no room for puppies.

The winter here was being so mild! And then Friday or Saturday (I'm beginning to lose my place in the calendar) everything started to plummet.

Jamaica's still pretty regular--I'm hoping the 85° weather comes with sunny skies, but the temperature is really the important thing.

Has anyone else seen the Taco Bell mea culpa commercial? The one where Greg Creed, the CEO, apologizes and tries to reassure the public? He mentions the NIH saying that e. coli outbreak is over.

"We are working with produce suppliers to prevent this from happening again... I can assure you that Taco Bell food is safe to eat."

The production values were terrible... it looked like an SNL skit. I guess when you only charge $.59 for a taco that's what you get.

So I'll find him an older dog. I am good at dog selection, kuma not withstanding. Though, honestly, Kuma was a pain free puppy for the most part. AND, he's like the perfect mellow low fuss dog.

I think we took the warm weather to NYC and forgot to bring it back.

Or maybe we accidentally left it in SLC when our plane made an emergency stop there.

One day B will get the dog he deserves. I don't think it will be soon.

GP gave me antibiotics when I told him I was on day 5 of a sinus headache. Now I'm on day 6, and more than a little petulant.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I don't understand this weather at all . 2nd cold snap ( meaning freezing temp in NoCal) and it turns out this means 'Spare the Air' which means on top of being cold my allergies are makeing me very cranky indeed.

but I did read the baby jesus story - and I keep laughing

What does Spare the Air mean?

Leif, Kara, and that velociraptor boy have to team forces.

Or be prevented from meeting each other at all costs, depending on what you want for the fate of the universe.

Anyone here watched the UK Robin Hood series from this year? How was it?
