Peeps, I need help. My department is doing Secret Santas this year, only instead of knowing in advance who to buy for, we've been told to buy gifts that are gender-neutral and under $20. I'd like to get something less lame than a gift card. Any ideas?

Does anyone know anything about new property insurance? That is, insurance that would cover the vacant land I'm about to purchase? It has a septic in, but other than than, no improvements, although water & power are coming. Is there such a thing? What would it cover?
Everyone I'm speaking to says that I don't need it, there isn't any such thing. But I think I'm required to have it to close escrow. I am confused.

For those that celebrate Christmas, a decoration or ornament can be nice. If you're a multi-faith workplace...... maybe something with snowmen?
Lee, I set the Tivo for that this morning for the first time in ages. They're doing a riff on It's a Wonderful Life where Ryan never came to the OC.
Oh, it has to be something I can buy in a store -- the party is on Wednesday!
ION, there's a store that sells fur coats near where I live. They have this sign on the train bridge near their store that says, "Help save the environment - wear fur" (or WTTE). That sign confuses me. How does wearing fur help the environment? Even if this is satire and/or a slam against environmentalists or animal rights activits, it doesn't make sense.
Recovery-ma to Johnson.(also Pembleton -ma, so that it may happen fast and leave him able to work) House-ma to his doctors.
In that case, Jess, maybe a nice food basket, or mulling spices from William Sonoma, or something like that.
