What is even happening?

Kristin, thank you. We tried to suggest gently to her parents that they semi-insist on a course of anti-biotics for the hell of it. When we talk to them, depending on what this doctor says/does, I'll pass on your information about RMSF, as well. Thanks, again.

You know, today is not a day I should be dealing with people whose problems are all in their heads. Thinking is HARD.

I just got spam from Osiris Schmuck.

Ironically, it was for Viagra.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Heh. Today I've been getting all religious spam. All "shekels" and "angels" and I really, really don't want to click to see what that's supposedly selling.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

How many shekels do angels run these days anyway? I'm still looking for x-mas ideas.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Anyone have ideas of where I could find a box (or something similar) that would have a combination lock or that one could put a luggage-type lock on? My niece wants a way to keep stuff away from my nephew. She is bad at hiding (and he is good at finding), so I don't think something with a key would make sense. Plus, she's nine and the possibility that she might lose a key is also high.

If I could find something cute, and in pink, that would be ideal, but really anything that could be locked would be gratefully accepted.

How big a box?

Something like this? It's not pretty, but it does have a combination lock and is sturdy. We use them for storing music and headphones (the SO built a rack system that fits inside).
