Jayne: We was just about to spring into action, Captain. Complicated escape and rescue op. Wash: I was going to watch. It was very exciting.

OK, I hate the Ravens. Not only do they preempt, I get to listen to the neighbors. Uhg. May this game end soon.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I wonder if I can order a Valium pizza. With mushrooms.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Thanks y'all.

Also, why is it so cold in my appartment? Oh well - the oven should help that.

The thing that's most distressing to me is that I have no boots to wade though the snow tomorrow. (I think I threw out my last pair after they got big holes in them.) I was going to buy a pair today....

I'm supposed to go back to the eye place tomorrow morning, but the Dr. said to not come in if the weather is shitty. So if I take trains and a bus I only have to walk about four blocks to get to work....

Heh. Now I want one too....

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

With black olives.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

So, there's a big part of me that wishes I'd stopped watching the OC last year, and yet I can't help kind of loving the Ryan/Taylor show.

Jessica, my dirty secret is that I interspersed the dog show with the OC. And I do the same when taping CSI and watching GA. And then I go to TWOP. BAD.

Thinking of names... I'm debating changing my name to take Lori's. In part because my name, when pronounced in the Czech fashion sounds like the word ass in Spanish. Which in LA schools is a disadvantage.

But the paper work alone is intimidating so I keep not doing it.

Okay, also random: have any of you used fontifier which makes it cheap and easy to turn your own handwriting into a font? I'm intrigued and it's cheap enough that I might give it a go.

I'm just going to grab the OC dvds and skim through the "Ryan looks hot" bits. Thursdays got crowded and I really stopped caring about their storylines. I just want the "Ryan looks hot" bits unless anyone else starting looking hot as well.

Um, is it bad I've wondered how you beat your students into NOT going there? Very unfortunate. lori's last name is nice, as is yours, just unfortunate pronunciation possibilities in that area.

My font would be unreadable. My handwriting was ostensibly legible in college, with all the notetaking. Now? It really sucks ass. Sometimes I have a hard time deciphering it.
