Always makes me think of PCU.

I'm not familiar with the other comedic uses, but it's hard to imagine any of them being funnier than the scene in this movie.

Speaking of not getting jokes, DH had to explain to me the comment made by Wilson at the end of House last night - the 30 pieces of silver comment. Its amazing the amount of religious/pop culture references there are that just pass me by.
