Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The sad state of my job: I just got a weird phone call and had to go clear to the other side of the office to tell people I don't usually talk to (even though I like them fine) because my officemate is still gone, AND my work friend is out today and tomorrow!

Which is cooler - a Zamboni or a Weinermobile?

Nothing is cooler than the Oscar Meyer WeinermobileTM.

I can no longer claim fear of LA driving. I managed to get back despite my last leg of freeway being CLOSED and getting dumped off on a completely different interstate.. OK, I had a thoughtfully provided map (lori), but still. I'm over the Fear. Of course, now I'm leaving. Heh. Rover? Very cool.

msbelle, you are leaving as I will be landing!

You're going to Budapest? That sounds so cool!

Luckily, that shoe site did not have the shoes that I am looking for, so I am safe.

Budapest is really cool. I was only there a couple of days, and so missed a lot. Be sure to ride the old/original subway line (the one on tank treads. Isn't fast, doesn't go that far, freaking loud, but still...)

Well, of course, then I went to Zappos, and they apparently do have the shoes I want. [link] But I'm still askeered of buying shoes off the internets.

I was just looking at my pictures from Budapest yesterday afternoon! There were Burger Kings everywhere in Budapest when I was there. Ordering a chocolate shake in Hungarian was kind of hilarious.
