See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

There's a wee boy thousands of miles away waiting to meet his mom.

And I do love that there are people all over the world hovering over their computer monitors wishing both the wee boy and his mom well and waiting eagerly to hear how it all goes.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I wish I could go like a spy in a trench coat and dark glasses and watch it unfold and write all about it.

Some of which is selfish because then I can procrastinate the work at hand.

Well, all is selfish because mom is going to be so busy with her son and we won't hear back for like, um, twenty years? We'll have to send Jesse on recon.

Because books.

I'm adding more scene to the first time I met Tim, for Minearest and Dearest.

Ah. Um, inspiration! Maybe a milkshake would work? When's your pub date? Do you know yet?

There's a wee boy thousands of miles away waiting to meet his mom.

And I do love that there are people all over the world hovering over their computer monitors wishing both the wee boy and his mom well and waiting eagerly to hear how it all goes.

Both of these things are what make me squee. It's so exciting!

I have three kids, and I love them dearly, but they don't know anything other than me as Mommy and their daddy as Daddy. Each birth was an adventure in its own way, and each child is unique, and all that, but what's so very cool to me about msbelle and mac is that his life is about to change, and he knows it. And msbelle gets to meet a whole little person, with feelings and experiences and opinions he'll get to share with her as they begin to know each other. It's a whole different trip than finding a tiny human, completely dependent on you for everything from food to comfort in your arms.

I mean, that's also very cool, don't get me wrong. Um, I think maybe I shouldn't post so much when I've taken a painkiller for my back, because clearly it makes me a bit talky.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Plei - metal. it is the built in hamper and medicine cabinet.

If you can remove them from the hamper and cabinet, dropping them in boiling water will make most of the paint loosen from the metal.

If not, ugh. Stripping = ICK.

I'm getting the pig!

There's a wee boy thousands of miles away waiting to meet his mom. His whole life is about to change, and I wish for Mac to tell us all about it twenty years from now, when he's finishing up college and thinking about the whole world at his feet.

And

And I do love that there are people all over the world hovering over their computer monitors wishing both the wee boy and his mom well and waiting eagerly to hear how it all goes.

I didn't really want to tear up right before bed... but they're happy tears, and just a few sniffles, so all is well.

Happy Birthday, Daisy Jane!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Well, all is selfish because mom is going to be so busy with her son and we won't hear back for like, um, twenty years?

Heh. He's five. They're not quite as time consuming as a baby, as he probably already knows how to wipe his own bum. He will be action packed and ready for fun! There will be ball bouncing!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

And I do love that there are people all over the world hovering over their computer monitors wishing both the wee boy and his mom well and waiting eagerly to hear how it all goes.

I love JZ. And am nodding madly in agreement.

Dinner WAS yum, but I am so stuffed I can hardly move.

Me too, Robin. Unsurprisingly, I'm posting from bed.
