Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I just put the second Sorcery and Cecelia book *and* the third in my cart at Amazon. I just hope I can distract myself with other shiny things until the third comes out in pb.

Felicitations to DJ on the Anniversary of her Natal Day! Many happy returns.

I've been marathoning SPN S1 this week--next, Dark Angel. I blame Plei. Or, you know, Ackles.

I blame Plei. Or, you know, Ackles.

Now, now - he can't help being the beautiful thing what he is.

Happy Birthday, DJ!

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I've been marathoning SPN S1 this week--next, Dark Angel. I blame Plei. Or, you know, Ackles.

Not my fault!

So, you know, most certainly Ackles.

::glowers at DA bunnies::

I tried explaining it to Jilli last night. I only really got as far as, "CAGE FIGHTING!!!"

Sadly, she didn't seem to accept that as justification for DA.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Somehow I think I'll be able to sleep just fine tonight.
Certainly better than those still obsessed and incomplete.
Also the lack of sauce on the side.
I am liking this stuffed bread idea.
I blame Plei. Or, you know, Ackles.
Both are shiny and wonderful.

Huh. Don't get a lot of chances to say this but Jilli is entirely wrong. Wrong like a wrong thing in gauchos. Which are intrinsically wrong.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Stuffed bread is along these lines: [link]

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Heh. No, not calzone. Stuffed bread! I think it's about the proportions, and the pinwheel nature of the thing. Also the lack of sauce on the side.

We call both variations calzones in RI.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Curious. I know we knew what calzones were, back in the 80s when my parents were making this stuffed bread situation.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That's your place, right?

That's us! Someone needs to have a better grip on publicity, because not only do we not have all our clips in a library, we never even seem to know when the bits are going to air.

I just don't think cagefighting is enough to make me ignore the fact that Jessica Alba annoys me to the point of wanting to slap her. Who knows, I may be wrong. I just sorta assumed that Plei will make me watch DA eventually.
