Where'd they get CAT scan from?... I mean, did they test it on cats? Or does the machine sort of look like a cat?

What is even happening?

I had a whole brainstorm about making stuffed bread (frozen bread dough, with ham or pepperoni or similar and cheese cooked inside), which we used to have semi-regularly when I was a kid, but haven't had in years, but the italian deli was closed! So much for that bright idea.

Jesse, we call that calzone. You've been gone too long.

Always Anti-fascist!

I love those. But I bet I haven't had a real one yet...you East Coast folk say that about everything! (We just hate it because we suspect it's true.0

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I did the same thing, Sean. Or, well, I got to something with a specific enough hint that one google search got me the answer.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Jesse, we call that calzone. You've been gone too long.

Heh. No, not calzone. Stuffed bread! I think it's about the proportions, and the pinwheel nature of the thing. Also the lack of sauce on the side.

I'm getting the pig!

Also, Nicole, do you want the second one in the Sorcery and Cecelia series?

Yes, please!

And a pony.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

YAY SEAN!!!

I will try to send it out this week, Nicole. Unless I send it later.

I've purchased one xmas gift, for my dad. Seriously cool though (black stone bowl FULL of fossils.) Man, I have to do some shopping.

Sara, was this online, by any chance? That's something my parents might like.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Happy Birthday Daisy Jane!

Darkover was fun. I'm still trying to decide which is weirder, a guy dressed as Frank-N-Furter playing the banjo, or a guy dressed as Frank-N-Furter singing gospel. I saw both.(Same guy, in fact. He's part of the group Clam Chowder. Why he was dressed that way is a story I can tell if anyone's interested)

I'm getting the pig!

Lee, I'm still working on sending you your My Name Is Earl dvds. I'm going to try really super hard to get them out this week.

Lee, at an arts and craps fair BUT Kat found them online elsewhere later (the price I paid? rather astonishingly little.)

A lot like this: [link] (though there are cheaper, I'm sure. This is just a google of ammonite bowl.)

Didn't see the planetarium show, it had long ass lines.

I think a nap is going to hit, which is funny.
