CSI is really letting me down this year. What I've caught of the season so far seems like a very different show than the one I've been watching since half-way through the first season.

Malcolm in the Middle reminds me of my kidhood sometimes. The episode where the Mom made them all stand on their heads until one of them confessed put me back in those days when we would get locked in a room indefinitely if an extra dessert had gone missing.

I blame the cats. It's what they're there for, there not being enough mice and other vermin-catching to justify their place in the household. Mobile furry alarm clocks plus the occasional laughter-inducing episode when they startle at a suspicious speck of dust and tear around the house like their tails were chasing them.
