Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Yay! I found the centrepiece to the top right box! Thanks.

I'm missing one block on the desert storm square -- it's the one with two single letter words. Hints?

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

JenP, if there wasn't a second shooter, this is what you get. Also, a spin-off to a popular genre show.

This is bizarre. I got home yesterday and there was a note from FedEx that they had a package for me. I assumed it was the replacement for the replacement for the replacement for my PowerBook battery. (Yes, we're coming up on #5.)

FedEx just came. It wasn't my battery. It was a package from Neiman Marcus with something that I hadn't ordered but had planned to go buy this weekend.

ARE THEY READING MY MIND NOW?

Sean, hint for what is directly above

Sorry msbelle. Wandered away. Directly above automobile is a type of vehicle that rides on air. John Cleese once said his was full of eels.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

ita, I thought it should be George H w Bush, which fits with what Sail said, but it wouldn't fit.

eta: Huh. It worked that time, even though it was the same thing I filled in before. (Firefox prompted me with it when I started filling it in)

Actually, Lee, it fits for me. (eta: you too, now)

Kristen, can you pass me some of that mojo?

Okay, what's the one that connects the two Bushs and Iraq?

I'm sorry, ita. I'm using it now to wish some Häagen-Dazs to my door.

Lee, think nemesis.

Kristen! No bogarting of the mojo! I think we can agree that I'm a deserving candidate, can't we?
