The OJ book thing gets weirder:
MURDOCH'S NEWS CORP OFFERED US MILLIONS IN "HUSH MONEY"...
On the Today Show this morning, Nicole Brown's sister Denise, told Matt Lauer that News Corp had offered Nicole and Ron Goldman's family the proceeds of the now cancelled book by OJ Simpson titled, "I Did It."
Link has video (which I haven't watched). The above is all the text....

I need to pack and wrap presents tonight.
They were both in Endless Love. I don't think Cruise had a big part, though. I'm not sure--never watched the whole thing.
Oh my gods. I've seen, like, a million times. Maybe a million and one. Which is kind of sad, now that I think about it. Tom was in it for about a minute.
Those are vows? A pan? A comb? I'm with Jesse. I've got that stuff covered on my own, thanks anyway.

I wanna see a ceremony where the groom gives the bride a cat. I suppose the Best Man would hold the cat until that part of the ceremony.

It would be a terrific judge of just how well the groom knows the bride, if he could pick out a cat that his bride would like.
He was in Endless Love. But he had a bigger role as the psycho cadet in Taps, which is a better choice for his "big break."
My Thanksgiving list consists of:
1. Drive to Nashville
2. Try to remain sane
sorry - still game obsessed here. are the three multi-word boxes connected to
James Bond
all
movie titles?

Plus, you know, if the cat liked her.
They could set the cat on the floor in front of the bride. If the cat comes to her, all is well. But if the cat runs away, the wedding is postponed so the groom can get another cat. There would be a "three cats you're out" rule....
Why don't people let me make the rules?
Well, it doesn't look like they used those vows. Reports indicate they used the Scientology Double-Ring ceremony, which seems close to the more typical, modern vows. Here's a page that compares them (in chart at bottom): [link]
I have completely ignored all OJ talk up 'til now, because it usually makes me sick. All I knew was that there was a FOX show set to air about it, and the Buffistas were against it, and I was for the Buffistas.
Then I heard affiliates were pulling out. Then I heard it was canceled, completely. Am I hearing right that (a) there was also a book; (b) that the book is already in print, and (c) that the book isn't going to be sold at all.
What the hell was OJ going to say in this show and book? Please don't make me Google.
I don't want to leave here. It's so bright. And I think there's something out there.
