It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Well, yes. Coffee's perfect mate is clearly sweet & low.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Oh, I wasn't challenging you specifically, Jesse -- just the people with unspecified coffee--mug--spoon needs.

Whatever, man. BACK OFF!

EAT IT, SPOON-LOVER!

OK, here's my question, all you spoon-avoidants: how do you get the ground coffee into the filtery thing in the first place?

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Grind the right amount, dump from grinder bin into filter?

What is even happening?

I think everyone in Natter should mail a spoon to Jesse, for Christmas/Hanukkah/Festivus/Solstice/New Year/winter-holiday-of-choice.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

how do you get the ground coffee into the filtery thing in the first place?

A wee measuring scoop.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Grind the right amount, dump from grinder bin into filter?

Exactly!

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

how do you get the ground coffee into the filtery thing in the first place?

Coffee grinder and a brush. I still use a spoon to mix the creamer in, though.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I am not spoon avoidant. I just run out of spoons before the other utensiles. I use a coffee scoop for measuring coffee.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Hey, I'm not saying you have to have matching flatware to be an adult, but it's part of how I define adulthood for me. My DH was appalled that I was in my 30s and the only sound system I had was a beat-up boombox when we met. What trappings define adulthood for you guys?
