Cool! I'm way more ahead than I was this morning, although I don't get the purple/green thing at all.
But I'm exhausted--an hour of kettlebell, and hour of teaching, and then four or five hours training...leftie.
I'm snarfing through cold Chinese leftovers, because I have been severely underfed.
