Ha! Y'all are so funny. Seriously, he never said no driving, I just have to be really vigilant about my posture whilst doing so.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

We need to figure out when we are leaving etc. And Alibelle needs to drive separately because she needs to come home early so we'll need to figure that out as well.

My figuring out stuff brain is not so much with the working.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm glad I'm not y'all's doctor.

The Greatest (and Goriest) Industrial Film Ever (Video)

In the greatest industrial film of all time, Klaus the Forklift Operator cuts off the hands of one co-worker, decapitates another, drops a knife on the head of a third, impales two and slices another in half. Twice. Oh, it's in German. It takes a while for the plot to get going, but once it does, the blood and safety tips flow like a river

This reminded me of Evil Dead 2. I swear, the humor is intentional. Those wacky Germans....

Does anyone have a recommendation for an online liquor store/delivery service?

I wanted to send a nice bottle of something to my folks but my old standby Liquor by Wire seems to have become one of those weird places where links go to die. (Which could be a testament to how long it's been since I've ordered liquor online.)

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Bevmo delivers.

Thanks, I'll check them out. I thought they only delivered here. I didn't think they'd ship to the East Coast.

ETA: Though I did just stumble on this at Wine.com and it's adorable.

That is adorable. You might be right about BevMo, but they use UPS, so maybe they have expanded.

You're right-- they only deliver in CA. That's annoying.

I really love the little bag. Though it occurs to me now that I should just try calling the liquor store around the corner from the house. If they would take a phone order, that would make the most sense.

You know, once upon a time, when I was an assistant, there was some website I used to find liquor stores that delivered locally. And possibly also food. I clearly remember tracking down soup to send to one of my boss's girlfriends.
