{{{Daisy}}} I'm sorry for your loss. He sounds like a wonderful man.
Aimee, your dress is lovely. Nice work!
I also thought Bradley Cooper was gay... Makes me wonder if Jennifer Esposito is also of the gay. Hmmm
'Bring On The Night'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Not in the wrong at all. I am very blessed to have the Morgans as family, even the ones who piss me off. I'm very lucky to have had Mimi and Wayne as my grandparents and the people who gave me such a magical childhood (just now I was thinking of those trips down to the lake as getting to go off to Hogwarts).
I'm sorry you didn't get to say goodbye in a way that gave you comfort and peace. (((Aimee)))
I also thought Bradley Cooper was gay...
I thought someone here had paired him with SpyDaddy at one time. Not that that makes a real relationship with Esposito an issue. Best wishes to the cutiehead.
About the small girl story, I'm not sure what to think of it. But I hate these stories, because people I hardly know are gonna expect me to be a bioethicist now...I'm much better at fake forensics, actually...armchair profiling, that kind of thing. On one hand, it seems like messing with nature's integrity, but nature didn't give a fuck about that when it made nine year old three month olds, did it? Huh. still can't take a side. Grandfathers: I wish I'd gotten to know Mom's dad better...wish he could have seen me grow up. We would have appreciated each other now.
Huh. still can't take a side.
Huh. On the same side again. It's like complex and stuff.
{{DJ}} {{Aimee}} I'm sorry for your losses, and I'm glad you had them in your lives. All my grandparents were gone before me. I'm trying to make sure my kids enjoy time with theirs.
{{{Daisy Jane}}} Thank you so much for sharing your stories with us.
Aimee, I think the dress looks great -- the most I've ever attempted was a (hand-sewn) Christmas stocking. Be proud of you!
All my grandparents were gone before me. I'm trying to make sure my kids enjoy time with theirs.
My dad was explaining the boys over Christmas how lucky they are to have not only grandparents living (three, still) but two great-grandmothers. It's so uncommon these days, I think as people maybe have kids older. I know even when I was a kid, my friends were amazed I still had all four grandparents *and* a great-grandmother. Stephen barely remembers any of his grandparents -- I think his last remaining grandparent died when he was eight.
Em has three greats right now.
And I know there's gonna be some big Movement response, like with Schiavo and Kevorkian, and I will catch flak for not getting on board...I suppose that's how I got in the habit of ending most controversial discussions with "Keith Olbermann says..." Cause he kind of digs being hated.
My kids have a full complement of grandparents, four great-grandmothers, one great-grandfather, and one great-great-grandmother.
Gud's kids totally win!
Wait ... how'd they get *four* great-grandmothers?
