day over- soon, soon. But not soon enough. Eh. Everything's OK, I just got a weird vibe about something that I really, really didn't/don't want to get a bad vibe about. Plus, I feel weird. Maybe I'll stay home sick tomorrow. Bah. I won't. I want to, though. Stupid guilt.

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Steph, those sound pretty bad to me, but there was a time (age 16) when that much pain was the standard monthly for me. So I'm guessing the difference between "severe" and "strong" has as much to do with your usually cramping as with the level of pain.
I'm guessing that the cramping is from ovulation, not menstruation, esp since IME ovulation cramps are sharp and intense but last less than a day, and come at about this point in the cycle. I'd probably go ahead and call, but I don't think it will end up being anything to worry about.
Burrell's got an interesting point. I didn't start feeling myself ovulate until I had my tubes tied. At first it was a very sharp cramp, but then it died down to just a little "ping" every month for several years. At this point, I don't feel it anymore. I wonder if the IUD could be causing the same effect?
Ouch, poor Tep. It definitely sounds like something worth a call, though hopefully Burrell is right and it'll turn out to be nothing to worry about.
Horey morey, JZ. I opened the first one and thought, "BABY EMMETT!"
What a gorgeous child.
I used to get horrible ovulation cramps, and that definitely sounds like what Teppy's describing. (Only I thought IUDs prevented ovulation, like BC pills?)
Depends - mine just prevents egg and sperm from getting it on.
The Mirena one prevents ovulation.
Heh, this looks like one of Lillybean's patented thousand-yard stares.
Existential baby pictures. There should be a website.
