[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I still like the idea of something eyepopping on that dress. Medieval folk were not subtle.

Our wings are not tired.

Also: Write your name in the snow without doing an embarassing waddle-dance.

The boys were raised in Florida and thought I had lost my mind when I mentioned this on a snowy vacation. They just don't understand snow fun.

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

Hi, Nora. Too much work, a smattering of politics, and not enough actual WRITING. Aaargh.

Reading of Gus' demise reminded me I hadn't checked in on the Buffistae for way too long. It's good to see you all-or your sexy electrons at any rate.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I tried several times but failed to write my name in the snow. I'd always run out when I was in the middle of the 'm'.

eta: Of course, that probably just means I haven't tried properly....

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Medieval folk were not subtle.

I would fit right in!

I am such a ... I don't know, I guess "freak" would be the best word. As I was applying the trim to the sleeves, I kept thinking, "Would elves put trim on their sleeves? Would they use this kind of trim? What about the classes of elves? Is this color wrong??" Such a doof.

The word you're looking for is "costumer".

Now that I'm somewhat confident in my ability to fake it til I make it, I want to remake the dress in the teal velvet. And also make one for Em. And then to the RenFaire.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

My drunk friend John let me write my name in the snow once on a camping trip. I still wonder if anyone else came across, "liz" written in cursive with a big flourish on the end and wondered if some guy was peeing a tribute to his girlfriend.
