Well, personally, I kind of want to slay the dragon.

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

It looks good to me vw.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Course, I'm discovering I snack more as stress increases. Need to find healthy snacks that last long time that are yummy (sorry, rice cakes are out! ick! Styrofoam! ack!)

Oh, I stress snack like CRAXY!

Have you tried the flavored Quaker Oats rice snacks? They really are quite tasty (and small). The best are the carmel corn flavored ones but they make them in savory flavors, too. Owen actually believed those were "chips" until he figured out what the Doritos bag looks like. *sigh*

With my inactivity (due to the back issues), holidays and stress, I've put on about 15 lbs since Summer.

DH and I are going back on a low(er) carb diet. Which is why I was complaining about the higher grocery bill today. Just by buying fresh (and frozen) veggies, fruits and more lean meat we were shocked at the difference.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Cross posted with Natter (and LJ too)

Have I mentioned that I got a new digital camera for Christmas, or that JZ rocks and came down with Matilda to see me?

We ended up going over to Half Moon Bay. I need to figure out the lighting and contrast on the camera still, but there are still some OMGCUTE shots of the two of them.

Because books.

Oh! Pretty mama! Crazy adorable baby! What a nice outing -- and nice pictures!

We got a digital camera from my parents for Christmas, and it's fabulous -- except for the fact that I am *still* trying to figure out how to upload them anywhere.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Pretty JZ and Matilda!

Happy Anniversary AmyLiz and her DH!

I love the shade of red on the new mixer, vw.

There was more stuff, but I am at the movie theatre with my family and in a heluva lot of pain, wondering why I thought this was a good idea.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Hi everyone. I'm going to France on the first. I can't even complain about it, though I kind of want to, because then I sound like a whiny dork.

Instead, I will tell you that a due South marathon is the best idea in the history of ever, and that Paul Gross remains the prettiest man I have ever seen, if we put him in a different weight class from Jensen Ackles, who really is just too pretty to be a man.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

You say, "too pretty" and I say, "Cass Want!"

Also? TJ's preroasted beast that they sell with the carnitas (OMFGYum) and pot roast (I don't know as I am not a pot roasty kind of girl) is amazing. And it makes my house smell amazing. And it drives the critters made with wanting to eat cows. Good lord that is some tasty meat. As is Jensen Ackles. Pity TJ's fails to sell him.

TJs Carne Asada is very good too.

Did you go exchange your teal paper yet, Cass?
