So there is something I can do, besides scream like a woman?

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Crap. Is the malfunctioning box the one with the recently reformatted hard drive?

If it's just messing about within the LAN, take it to Live and see if it works there.

Seems like they have indeed started fragging...

Game 1

I'm still waiting on Drew to call me to let me know who is who so we can tell all the Noise Designs apart...

No idea. Drew forgot to call me to tell me who is who, so it's all guesswork. Is Kristin working or is she at home?

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Gee, Nora, that sounds more like the Bataan Death March than Christmas cheer.

Yeah. It would have all been quite doable and pleasant enough (though still exhausting and mildly travel-related stressful) if it weren't for the really horrible realization and witnessing of the deterioration of Tom's mother's mind.

It was hard. It is hard.

Im'a go back and delete tired whinings.

ps, sorry for unloading so... um... heavily.

It was no burden, Nora. It's why we're here.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

the really horrible realization and witnessing of the deterioration of Tom's mother's mind.

That is an awful feeling. I'm so sorry, sweetie. I wish I was there to give you a BIIIIIIIIIIG hug. Huge, Alaska-sized hug.

Nora, don't delete. We're here to help.

ETA: Pete, I'm still home for now. I'm escaping to Aimee's house in about an hour.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Skating memories... My dad loves to tell the story of the first time I ice skated. We were at the Omni in Atlanta and I was 4 or 5. I begged and begged to skate but he told me I was too little and it was too hard. I persisted and finally he relented. We put on skates and then, "She skated like she'd been doing it her whole life! I was falling all over the place and there that child was doing laps around the rink!" Ha!

I was way way into roller skating. I had my own white boot skates and skated in the basement (when we had one), in the garage, at roller rinks. I have a pair of Britney Sketchers skates that I bought for $20 a couple of years ago that I need to bust out. Yay for skating!
