Joyce: Dawn, you be good. Xander: We will. Just gonna play with some matches, run with scissors, take candy from some guy, I don't know his name.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

So we're going to Michigan in January. Where it will be ass cold. Em obviously needs winter gear. But damn I hate spending that money on stuff she'll wear for a week.

I'm hoping my mom knows someone we can borrow shit from because if I buy the coat and snow pants and boots, then according to sod's law, it'll be 50 degrees. If I don't, there will be 1985" of snow.

Just wrap her in some old asbestos, she'll be fine.

It also occurs to me that I sold our luggage at the last yard sale and haven't replaced it.

Our wings are not tired.

I've never worried about cold weather gear when we travel to family. I put out the word of what sizes are needed and there is plenty of stuff to be found. Only now I have a size issue for borrowing stuff.

My mom is verra flakey. She's had 3 boxes of wintery clothes for Em sitting in her living room for almost a year. I have begged and pleaded for her to send them to us because Em needed clothes so badly, yet there they sit. I have a feeling I'm going to be running to Meijer first thing after we land.

Seems like the best option would be to borrow someone elses as luggage is not something you need often.
