Mal: Then I call it a win. What's the problem? Inara: Should I start with the part where you're stranded in the middle of nowhere, or the part where you have no clothes?

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Merry Christmas, Raq. Glad it's going better over there.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Storm has been weathered, with only one person sobbing on the porch and one getting a severe talking-to. Which I'm a crack hand at, if I do say so myself.

Oh, but bless my sweet dog. When my sister was out crying on the porch, due to the aforementioned fuckheadedness, Lucy scracted at the door until H let her out, then sat and leaned against her until she felt better. Sweet girl.

But, like I said, we seem to have moved forward and should have smooth sailing for the rest of the day.

Our wings are not tired

We've moved on to bitching about money and snapping at each other.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

We had a lovely Christmas last evening, and I had a quiet Christmas breakfast with my Mom before she left for work. This was probably the first "normal" Christmas we've had in years.

I see now that I was clearly bogarting some good-family-ma, and I release it now, hoping that it's not too late. {{{Everyone that's having a rough day}}}

libkitty, from earlier, I think you did the right thing too. And I wanted to tell you that I've been sporting your scarf the last few days, and telling my family about the "internet people" and my seekrit santa gift, and they all thought it was very generous and awesome.

Catching up here reminded me of what excellent people you all are (all the Buffistas). Many blessings and good wishes to you all, no matter your holiday.

I'm biding my time until I can make an escape. I need to shower at some point. Right now I just have a headache. I'll probably go see a movie at some point just to get away from these people.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

No don't go see a movie! Everyone's here and they're cranky.

That sounds like heaven compared to here.

move out and draw fire

I discovered last night that something that really helps when family is making Christmas suck? Is fragging bots.

So, you know, if you can't get to a movie maybe you can get to an Xbox.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Oh my. A gift created just for Hec.
