Tara: 'Your One-Stop Spot to Shop for Lots of New-Age and Occult Items.' Catchy. Giles: Think so? Tara: Uh huh. In a... hard to say sorta way.

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Which is better, do you think - the nifty assortment of scented candles acquired over the course of five different work-related holiday parties, or the large number of cute gift bags which are still in reusable condition?

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

oh, both! I like candles and gift bags.

Kristin, happy Christmas! I'm glad you're so close to your destination.

I forgot to fill a prescription today, and now the pharmacy seems to be closed until Tuesday. Bleagh.

The status is NOT quo.

Deena I despise when prescriptions can't be gotten. Feh.

In the continuing saga of travel cliches, my connecting flight is delayed an hour, and there is no food in this terminal and no way to get back to the terminal with food without going back through security. I'm feasting on "cheese" and crackers, fig newtons, and iced tea. As long as I can find a power outlet to charge my 'puter and phone, I refuse to lose my good cheer.

Our wings are not tired.

Kristin, 40 is COLD. You have every right to shiver. Hell, I am shivering for you. Hope you get to Tucson soon. No matter how I spell that town, it looks funny to me.

Hiya Hec!

VW, you should so totally be excited. I love the surprise of a good grade. Almost as much as I love napalm in the morning.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Sorry to hear about the prescription, Deena.

Travel~ma, Kristin.

We have just decided that what baking we have done so far is good enough. I may try to make pizzelles when we're at my mother's tomorrow afternoon.

Victor and thessaly came over last night, and I now have a Jack Sparrow action figure, which makes me very happy. We also decided that the candy cane Hershey kisses are crack, because they're that addictive.

Oy, Kristin. As long as you don't spend Christmas eve in the terminal with that kind of feast, I guess it's a win.

I think I'm gonna go relax now. I just realized I don't have to be upright, nor wearing proper undergarments now that the company is gone. Whee!

Always Anti-fascist!

Cherrywine sounds nice, though I've never had it. Well, unless I made what Mom calls a "suicide' with two different pops or something.

Totally agree. I will be sad, sad, sad when they are gone.

The status is NOT quo.

Have found a single power outlet. Decided laptop wins since it can also charge the iPod. Phone is slowly dying and no internet for laptop, however, so I'm going to conserve power and resist the urge to pass the time through posting.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I got an A on my final project, which bumped my B in the class up to an A-.

I'm not surprised. Perhaps it was the influence of all that peppermint.
