Question: Will hiding in a cavern with stockpiled chocolate goods be any part of this plan?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"I've got a gun! I've got a mother-flippin' gun!" - Moss, The IT Crowd

So, for those of you David Tennant and/or Brian Blessed fans, here's the link to the video of the Virgin Radio pantomime. It's stupid & fun and worth it to see Tennant's face when Blessed utters the word "shite" on live radio.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Can I ask for some Lilo~Ma?? ND & K are gonna look around DisneyWorld to see if they can find one for Em since eBayer seems to be all sorts of dumb. Grrrr.

(Very silly, I know. But it's something Em will just love to death.)

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

some people have asked me why I'd leave a top-ten university for a not-even-close-to-top-ten university!

Lemme at 'em. Nobody maligns my school. Status isn't everything. Some of us would rather not graduate with knives in our backs.

Edit: Lilo~ma for Aimée.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

At my new university, they give bonuses. I've never heard of a university doing that. Also, I tried to call there today and was told that the U President had decided to shut down a day early, so everyone got extra time off. And some people have asked me why I'd leave a top-ten university for a not-even-close-to-top-ten university!

Dude, can I leave a top-ten university for there too?

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Which school are you going to be working at, Sparky? (Preceding conversation could describe either of two schools, I think.) (If you don't want to say on the board, no problem.)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Ugh. I meant to call JZ and tell her that because it's rainy and dark and people will be leaving early before holidays she absolutely needed to leave the house no later than 3pm when going to collect Emmett or she would get crushed in the traffic.

But I forgot to warn her. Now she's been stuck in traffic (with the baby) for an hour and she's still not even on the bridge.

Mostly lurking...

Poor JZ!

YAY, brenda!

Um...there was more, but alas, I did not take notes.

I'm in Kansas! Go Kansas!

Trust my rage

Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I've been so absent with the new job, sick baby, and everything else.

But I have a new Black iBook and it's really cool and I decided to test it out over here.

bug, you are in Kansas? What for?
