I already know what I'm gonna call her. Got a name all picked out...

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Holy crap, Hec. This all just blows hard. I'm sorry you're all having to go through this.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I ate all the Frusen Glädjé

Is that stuff still around? I loved it.

Alas it appears to have been the victim of a paperwork error.

Apparently Kraft bought the brand and kept producing it, then sold it off with a bunch of other brands and stopped making it. The company that bought the bunch of brands said "What? No. We never bought that."

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Safety~ma for EM, and Emmett. ~ma for the poor kid of the Psycho-Ex.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Much ~ma to EM in staying safe from psycho ex.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

I don't think it would be any fair to suggest that same sex couples wait for those benefits until other non-traditional couples (and why stop with couples) get them.

I don't think this is what I was suggesting. Rather, I meant to suggest that there was very little fair in the whole situation. That said, I really don't think it's more not fair for one group than the other, and yeah, I kinda think that universal health care is a good idea.

~ma for all involved in any way with Psycho Ex, Hec.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

We can be each others' SUPER SLACKER SEKRIT SANTAS...and agree not to get each other anything.
Perfect!
Cass, I'm sorry you've been feeling crummy and hope you are much improved today! I am just getting caught up on things, but I had so much fun with you when I was there. Thanks again for being such a great tour guide. Also, for being fun and all, but that's more of a given.
Still feel massively terrible. Eh.

But? Had a fabulous time with you here too. So glad that we got to spend some time together. I think we perfected my Portland in a Flash tour.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Hec, how awful for EM and Emmett. Very glad you have him for now and that EM is away from psycho ex for the time being. Nervous as hell about the whole thing, though.

I hate to even ask, but you said pyscho ex's son's mother is dead...there's no chance that's linked to psycho ex, is there? Don't mean to be paranoid, but I worked as a domestic violence crisis counselor for a year. Stalking and violence on inanimate objects related to the stalkee (in this case the car tires and the window) are a very bad sign as to the liklihood for escalation. I'm so incredibly glad that EM is getting such support from the police. That will make a huge difference.

Anyway.

On a completely separate subject, I think that all of you PMS-ing and crampy Bitches are contagious. OMG the ick of being female may kill me tonight.

Mostly lurking...

Oh, Hec. Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.

Does EM have a REALLY good advocate helping her with the paperwork and going to court? She may want to get a lawyer. I've been through this twice. If you or she have questions, please feel free to e-mail me.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Hec, that's so awful. Poor Em. I'm glad neither she nor Emmett were there. I hope the police continue to be helpful and the neighbors continue to pay attention.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Huh. I just got spam from Ray Guy (I'm guessing Marvel rather than DC) titled "selfishly flounce". I know what I'll be doing for the rest of the evening.

Oh! Some other news, my office Christmas party this year will be 80s themed. I've been trying to decide what to do for it that reflects what I was doing in the 80s. I finally worked it out; today I bought myself a Rubik's cube.
