[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Now tagless for your comfort.

{{erin}} I'm glad you're ok. I know you're probably beating yourself up but you also need to go into handling mode. Please get a lawyer. Even if you have to borrow the money somewhere--the legalities will go a lot smoother if you're being represented. Most likely, you're going to face some fines and possibly a suspended license. The worst of this is the accident and lack of insurance. I hope the other driver has coverage for uninsured motorists. If they do, there will be a lawsuit and a lawyer will also be able to help you there.

Teachers are human, too, and people realize this. Nobody was hurt, thankfully. You'll get through this.

omnis audis, a friend of mine brought us over Chinese food the first few weeks when we had our kids and I love her forever for it. The other suggestions of household services also rock.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

{{Erin}} Not a fun way to end an evening, but I'm glad to hear you are alright.

Timelies. I've done the dishes, made breakfast and coffee (yay, coffee!) and now I'm balancing my check book. Send someone with a defibrilator, stat.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Oh, Poor Erin. I hope things look better this morning. Cashmere is wise, and a lawyer sounds like a good idea.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Old News item:

The Havering town council in Romford, England, prepared a 300-page report in October, which was the result of a 12-month investigation, to find out who had heckled a speaker at a zoning meeting by making "baaa" noises. The authors said they had narrowed the list of suspects.

So "We've narrowed it down to people in the room at the time. We may have to spend more money to do this right."?

Mostly lurking...

Oh, good! I'm glad I could help, omnis.

Erin, hope you're feeling a little better today.

Hey, everyone! I just made a big pot of turkey soup. I can't wait till it's simmered long enough so I can eat some. It looks really yummy.

TODAY K-bug decides she wants to do a cookie baking marathon. She does not understand the concept of room temp ingredients. And she has no patience (checks tagline, yep, my daughter). This is going to be a "fun" day.

Art Crawl!!!

Mmmm, homemade turkey soup. Sounds delicious.

And TNT is running the trilogy today. Where are they? Frodo is in need of Elvish medicine.

Our wings are not tired.

{{Erin}} I hope today is a better day. Also, I bet you have the Hottest mug shot evah!

Working on decorating. Maybe I should make cookies. I did some shopping yesterday for the boys. Haven't done anyone else, except my seekrit santee. List is long.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

{{Erin}} I'm certain you have the Hottest mug shot evah!

I finally did my Christmas cards today. Of course, I have no stamps, but they are all addressed and signed and ready to go as soon as I get stamps. Baby steps, right?

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

Hey, all, how's tricks?

Thanks for all the kind words. I slept hard last night, and am better today. My arm looks awful, but doesn't hurt all that bad.

My friend is hunting down my mug shot. I have a feeling it'll end up on a t-shirt or coffee mug or something for my next birthday. Joy. Here's to friends with...quirky senses of humor. Ah, me.
