Dawn: I thought you were adequate. Giles: And the accolades keep pouring in. I'd best take my leave before my head swells any larger. Good night.

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I was sad I didn't have time to stop for food on the way to work but when I got here there was a big box of goodies from mall management. Yay! Cookies for breakfast!

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Hellooooooooooo, Bitches!!

From last night:

I directed our Readers Theatre piece. It went well and was fun.

Neat. What was it?

It was a story from the children's book "Bible Stories You Can't Forget No Matter How Hard You Try." It has funny takes of well-known Bible stories. The one we did was "The Three Wise Guys." While it sounds like a Sopranos version of the story, it really isn't. It's cute and fun and we add in some lines that we know will go over well with our liberal, lefty church. People seemed to like it which is always nice.

{{Ginger}} Tooth bits are supposed to stay attached.

All kinds of ~ma for CaBil.

So far at work today, I have gotten here at 11am. Answered a few emails, finished a report, futzed around, gotten coffee. I enjoy this short-timer thing. I do, however, look exceptionally cute today in a new dress [link] and new shoes [link]

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I was sad I didn't have time to stop for food on the way to work but when I got here there was a big box of goodies from mall management.

I kinda dreamt this happened, but then I realised I don't have a job.

Which is in no means a play for sympathy. I think it's really funny that I only worked the discrepancy out now on reading your post.

Publishma to you, CaBil.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Good ~ma, CaBil!

Hey. New board.

Reading Bitches at school (bad teacher!) is interesting. The security on the wireless will randomly stop the page from loading in the middle of posts once the "number of questionable words exceed[s] the limit" or if there is a "prohibited word." So then i have to play "Up the post number in the address!" until I get past the naughty word. It's fun in a funny way.

So if I miss something cursable, that's why.

The memory game went well! Yay for random exhausted ideas! Now I just need to get a bunch of administrative stuff done in the next... 20 minutes. Oops. Why am I here again?

ETA: Oh! Meant to say that I used to get the "what? I've been enrolled in this class all semester and forgot?" dream ALL THE TIME. Mostly because I skipped most lectures in college, and my schedule for problem sets was haphazard and never written down. I actually did forget to do problem sets for a class for the first 3 weeks once. That was... fun.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Contract~ma, CaBil.

I am in such a craptastic mood today. I didn't sleep much last night, and I woke up in a lot of pain. Mom had taken the day off today to help me get some stuff done around here. I know I am being a bitca to her, but I can't seem to snap out of the crappy mood.

{{{Aimee}}} I hope your day has improved.

{{{Suzi}}} Sorry about all the work stuff.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

{{{Suzi}}} Sorry about all the work stuff.

I don't remember if I've said this yet/enough, so Ima steal it.

wanders off to look for brain,

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Thanks sj and Lee - and everyone else.

Just got off the phone with my supervisor. It was a rough conversation and nothing has really changed, but she knows I'm upset and she knows the crux of what has me bothered. Who knows what will come of it, it wasn't her decision, it came from above.

Whatever. Trying to move on.

So, ummmmm, dreams, eh? I had a wierd one last night but darned if I remember it. I just remember waking up with the thought "but I don't have that photograph". WTF?

eta - co-worker/friend who came over to give me a hug after that phone call = shiny.

{{Suzi}} Want some more smitings? May the higher ups who made this decision have all their fingernails pulled out and be covered with an itchy rash.
