And I wonder, what possible catastrophe came crashing down from heaven and brought this dashing stranger to tears?

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Cass, I wish you unconsciousness until you feel better.

Our wings are not tired.

Oh! I remembered what I was giddy about when I looked at my mail. I got my super sekrit giftee email from Dani. So, like every year, I am excited about the super wonderful Buffista I get to shop for, which is always easier than shopping for other friends and family, and I get to worry about whether my offerings will be worthy of the super cool wonderful Buffista. Whee! Excited now. Now begins the stalking for gift hints.

The most fun part!

Gar, I haven't been able to get into my e-mail for the last 24 hours. I should probably switch exclusively to gmail.

Suzi, do you have AOL? Cause mine is sucking like a Hoover.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Now begins the stalking for gift hints.

I love when they have an LJ. Last year I had Jen P., and even though I got the info. sheet from Deena, I also trolled through Jen's LJ to get ideas, which I'm glad I did, because otherwise I wouldn't have thought to send her the Serenity movie swag I had from the sneak preview.

And this might be the first year I did the on-time Secret Santa name draw. I'm totally thrilled with my giftee.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Yeppers. Though I wouldn't call it easy, exactly. I think I go round and round trying to find the perfect thing with Buffistae way more than with family. Fun!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I am such a slacker that I am not even going for the Slacker Santa. I adore Buffistas and they do not need to deal with my Grinch for the season. Cause it shows the wrong side of me. I like giving gifts. I adore finding something really personal. But Christmas? Brings out my Grinch. It's a family thing.

I have a hot grain pack on my neck. Can I drink before noon just in the hopes of sleep? Because I am kinda out of the good drugs. So I am wondering if tequila might do.

It's not that I want to be a lush, I just want to be really asleep.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

I really wanted to be in the main gift exchange, but I doubt I'll even be in the slacker one. We's po this year.
