Gwen: Demon, OK? The whole nine—cloven feet and horns and teeth. He wasn't wearing lamé though. Lorne: Yeah, the evil ones can't pull it off. It gets camp.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Hey. New board.

La la la!

Hi guys. Long time no see. I know, I know, I don't call, I don't write. I'm a bad Bitch. How's everybody doing?

I am having the best Saturday ever. I mean, I worked this morning (meeting with all of the school staff, a bunch of students, and a bunch of parents to do a "behavioral intervention" with some real jerk kids) which was meh at best. But I decided to treat myself to a musical, "Spring Awakening," this afternoon, and it was OMG SO GOOD. A rock musical with awesome cast, set, story, etc. I want it to be a huge success (it officially opens tomorrow).

AND, in about 20 minutes, I'm leaving for a holiday party with an open bar. Mmm. Holiday party.

How's everybody else?

(P.S. We always called the egg-in-toast-things "Eggs in the basket", but I've heard other stuff. Including something to do with pirates.)

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I am eating Midwestern Toddler Chow (a.k.a. -- chili with mac-n-cheese on top). Go team Aidan and Kara!

The status is NOT quo.

Does she go to your school, Kristin? I wonder whether I would have recognized her.

She doesn't, but one of her best friends does. A. is one of my favorite students (who has been dealing with hellacious invasive tumors in her chest and breats this year--why the hell does she have to deal with this at age 15?!?), and she also is a Buffy freak. She introduced me to her friend as "the one with the bat in the finale," and I recognized her immediately. Such a cutie.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Do you see how nicely she has plumped up from JZ's bountiful supply of warm human earth mommy milk?
